Hanseberg Zimbabwe Pvt Ltd was established as a subsidiary company with the target to operate Gold mining sites independently or in Joint Ventures with local partners.
Currently the company operates a gold mining site near Kadoma with a daily ore production capacity of 120 tons. 50 workers are employed in the mining site including highly skilled professionals such as geologists, plant manager, shaft and site manager.
The geology of the mine consists of mainly basaltic green stone and epidiorite mafic formation of Bulwayan Group which is one of the green belt zones with high gold mineralization in Zimbabwe.
Hanseberg’s investment also indirectly contributes to country’s economy via tax and revenue generation and promotion of technology and skills transfer in Zimbabwe
